MeatVentures is a site I started to share my adventures in meat cooking, with the goal of trying as many different cultural styles and techniques as I can.

I’m not a trained chef, just a curious eater who enjoys cooking and trying new things.

In the future this site will be filled with meaty photos, recipes, and more.  I’ve been cooking and collecting content for close to a year, and I’ll be working on getting it organized and posted here as quickly as I can.
